ESA BIC Harwell is pleased to welcome our new Business Incubation and Support Manager- Nicola Musgrove- to the team.
Nicola brings with her a wealth of experience in business incubation as she has joined us from the Harwell Innovation Centre, also based on the Harwell Oxford Campus, where she was centre manager.

Nicola will be based in the ESA BIC Harwell building with incubatees, to be on hand to provide vital business support and connections to other areas and facilities of STFC, ESA and the Harwell Oxford campus.
Nicola said "I am delighted to be joining the ESA Business Incubation Centre and STFC, and very much look forward to supporting such innovative and exciting technology businesses. By giving small businesses access to business support, funding, experts and facilities, we are enabling them to adapt space technology to solve challenges on Earth."
As part of her induction Nicola has spent a week at the ESA headquarters, ESTEC, in Holland to meet with the ESA Technology Transfer Team responsible for the BICs. Whilst she was there, Nicola was able to be involved with the launch of the European Satellite Navigation Competition (ESNC) for the Noordwijk region. The ESNC is a European wide competition for services, products, and business innovations that use satellite navigation in everyday life, with prizes including cash, business and technical support.
